ALL IN charter week

“ALL IN” service is intended for guests who want to enjoy their vacation the most by getting luxury boat journey at fair price.
This kind of better and more luxurious service on boat we simply call “ALL IN” as the service provides all-inclusive program for guests. This service is already known at larger yachts having charted crews. “ALL IN” is a crew service for smaller, custom sailing boats, yachts or catamarans that are more affordable for guests and the complete service is still five stars service (5*).

“ALL IN charter week” can be provided for a fix lump sum, which covers everything that guests might need during the charter week. Usually crewed charters have APA service (Advance Provisioning Allowance) that amounts to approximately 30% - 45% of the charter price (depends on the type of yacht, number of guests, an arrangement / package, season time, etc.). “ALL IN” service have fix price during the whole season for all kind of boats.

The “ALL IN charter week” lump sum covers:

• skipper and hostess services
• boat delivery and supply of food and beverages
• costs of moorings, marinas, buoys
• fuel costs
• airport transfers
• other costs (by arrangement: wine tasting, national park tickets, taxi boats, etc.)

Hostess obligations:

- Meals preparation: 7 days a week hostess prepares snack, breakfast and lunch; 5 days a week hostess

prepares three-course dinner. All meals are prepared of fresh and quality foodstuffs.

- Daily cleaning of the boat interior and cabins.

Skippers obligations:

- Professional boat management,
- Taking care of the ALL IN budget,
- Contact with all service providers,
- Helping hostess with more difficult meal preparation and cleaning.

Team work:

- Boat supply of food and beverages,
- Preparing and serving more difficult meals,
- Daily supply of necessities for boat mooring and anchoring in more demanding conditions of navigation.

How to arrange “ALL IN charter week” service?

- Rent a boat (sailing boat, catamaran);
- Send to our agency an inquiry for the “ALL IN charter week” service with information on: date, type of the boat, marina and number of guests;
- Our agency sends an information on crew’ availability within the 24 hours;
- If guests accept your offer, our agency sends a questionnaire for guests – preference list for supply of food and beverages on the boat and other preferences.

How this works?

1. Guests are welcomed at the airport and transported to the boat;
2. On the boat they are offered with “welcome snack” prepared by our hostess;
3. The boat is already fully equipped with food, beverages and other things;
4. Skipper does short briefing, introduce the crew to the guests and present sailing plan for incoming week;
5. Everything is ready for the 7 days sailing.
