HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER? 


You will find order form under Yacht supply in the main menu. There you can select desired packages, drinks and additional products. Start package is mandatory for your order. Other packages you can choose by your needs and wishes, as the drinks and other products. After placing your selection, click on „Finish order“ button and you will receive confirmation of your order. In the next 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail with all detail information.

 


WHY IS START PACKAGE MANDATORY?


The Start package is mandatory because it contains most of the essentials products which are necessary for life on board.

HOW WILL I NOW TE PRICE OF ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS?


After completing your order, you will receive confirmation e-mail of your order and receipt for all ordered packages, drinks and additional products.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF DELIVERING FLOWERS ON THE YACHT?


Yes, flowers can be entered in the additional products section but not later than one week before the charter starts.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?


1. Total amount by credit card or bank transfer
2. Online payment of 50% of total amount and the other 50% needs to be paid upon delivery by cash or credit card

 


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


The order can be cancelled up to 7 days before the charter. Cancellations can be made by emailing petra@skipper4you.com

WHEN WILL I RECIVE ORDERED PRODUCTS?


Ordered products will be waiting for you on board at the first day of your charter.

 


WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?


For every order over € 300 shipping is free of charge.
